LITTLE MAY – Hide

’s single ‘ Hide ’ has it all. Rumbling percussion, gentle vocals, folk guitars and nuanced harmonies. It’s immediately lovable, so submerge yourself in all its delicate glory.

This indie-folk trio is a young outfit, only forming last year. Despite that, Liz Drummond , Hannah Field and Annie Hamilton have managed to cement a remarkably distinct sound. They’re inspired by Fleetwood Mac , Mumford & Sons and Local Natives and they sound a little like a drawl-less First Aid Kit .

Little May have shared stages with Dustin Tebbutt,  played at Secret Garden Festival 2013 and have headlined their own local shows. Earlier this year they released the more reserved ‘ Boardwalks ’, as their debut single.

‘Hide’ and ‘Boardwalks’ are available on iTunes now.

As an extra treat, they’ve got a stunning cover of Vance Joy ’s ‘ Emmylou ’ under their belt for you to enjoy too.
