Elyse, the messy indecisive snowbird is an avid traveller, writer for The Ripe and studier of International Trade & Economic Policy and Public Relations. Her hands are pretty full for the most part, but she still finds the time to explore new music – particularly rock, indie pop, folk, electronic and a bit of Aussie hip hop.
Falls Festival 2007 was the dawn of Elyse’s music obsession – around the same time that she realised that she somewhat resembled both Malfoy’s Dad from Harry Potter, and a polar bear (her ears are weirdly disproportional to her head). Elyse someday hopes to grow up to be Patience, the lead singer from The Grates, but would be happy with simply settling down and raising a family with AJ from The Backstreet Boys. We wish her the best of luck on these two ventures.
