Seekae have just released the music video for their latest single ‘ Another ‘. The video was directed by Bolivian-based Ian Pons Jewell and is a disturbing commentary on the tradition of human sacrifice and the Bolivian belief that if you are going to build a big building, you need to bury a body in the foundations. The video shows the common practice of finding drunk homeless people and getting them further intoxicated, so that they can be buried.
The video reaffirms Seekae’s assault on the Australian electronic scene. Upon signing to Future Classic they released ‘Another’, one of their less-abstract offerings, with a catchy vocal hook. The song has broadened their appeal to a larger demographic, evident by the radio play and online blog love the track has received. Keep your eyes out for Seekae, they have just completed a run of shows and will embark on a full-length release in the near future. Big things are coming.
