Do you recall that time when RAC did a bad remix? Yeah I didn’t think so. If RAC were an employee their performance review would have every office clerk screaming with envy and not some so nice profanities.
Music is arguably the most popular art form. It has a nomadic ability to be our friend on the train, in the car, at the gym or even at the bar, we can enjoy and consume it almost anywhere and improve that glum mood. But when you put music and RAC in the same sentence, you inevitably rush to put your earphones in to gush and feel better about life.
Of course it helps when the work they remix is already worthy of their paint brush, but they definitely excel at amplifying the good and accelerating the song from sluggish to sparkling, with what feels like a seemingly effortless re-work. RAC do remixes like no other and make it very hard to imagine ever hearing the song in its original form again. Pitbull would do well to take some lessons.
RAC are a no-brainer for me and perhaps they should start paying me for being their gushing unofficial spokesperson, their subtle electro hues always have me craving more.
