The Preatures never fail to satisfy a craving for fuzzed up soul with a rock ‘n’ roll edge. Introducing ‘ Manic Baby ‘ – the latest single from the Sydney 5-piece which carries everything we’ve come to love about the group, with an up-beat funky bite.
Building on their vintage sound, ‘Manic Baby’ has a strong 70′s disco flavour, sporting a Bee Gee ‘s-like bass-line and stylish guitar licks. The instrumental carries an organic tone which collides to create a cool dance track with plenty of attitude.
The single was released on the bands soundcloud page yesterday ahead of the groups forthcoming 5 track EP ‘ Is This How You Feel? ‘ which is out this friday (August 9). If you’re looking for a head start – you can Pre-Order the new EP (Out August 9).
