latest release, ‘
Rich Kids
‘ is just as compelling if not more. With every vintage I hear their music getting more defined and begin to hold its own authority among the plethora of music out there, which is no easy feat.
Finally snagging the triple j love they deserve with this latest export, this song starts off slow to build momentum and leaves nothing left unspent. It’s a song full of catchy rifts and grungy rock while hooking you in with a sense of energy.
Lead guitarist, Adam Morgan , who recently did an interview with The Ripe , dropped by this week to explain the background of ‘Rich Kids’, stating it is another “step towards our transition to a grungier band, with more guitars and distortion. Yet still having catchy melody’s and powerful hooks.”
For someone that normally only listens to electro music I fear I may have sold my heart too soon. The Corsairs are one to watch.
