Is there anyone out there not keen on seeing The Great Gatsby ? I’d like to ask if you’re still not interested after listening to this new track by Florence + the Machine .
Florence + the Machine have been wooing the world for a fair few years now, with London songstress Florence Welch ’s effortless and beautiful vocals and now Flo and the gang have joined an epic lineup of artists to appear on The Great Gatsby soundtrack. Joining the likes of Jack White , Sia , Gotye and The xx , Florence + the Machine definitely deliver with the rich ballad ‘ Over The Love ’.
Chills tingle all over my body whilst listening to this thriller as it builds to a climax at the 3:50 mark. Florence’s silky voice flows over the beautifully produced music with the sounds of a whole orchestra backing her up. Her vocals do amazing jumps, which are impressive and all thanks to complete and utter talent.
If hearing ‘Over The Love’ hasn’t convinced you to go and see The Great Gatsby , I’m unsure if anything will. Florence + the Machine have even bigger things coming after this killer ballad.
