Spring is coming and so is Emily Reo .
Using only the term “ sprawling ” to describe her latest track ‘ Coast ‘ just doesn’t give it justice. This is an 8 minute stroll through a botanical garden of gently paced percussion, pondering vocal harmonies and light (high pitched) keyboard notes that could brighten up the darkest spots of any seedy public park.
It makes sense that Emily comes from the warm state of Florida but now resides in Boston, famous for beautiful scenery during spring, especially in the northern states surrounding it, New Hampshire and Vermont.
‘Coast’ is taken from the upcoming full length Olive Juice out September 3rd on Elestial Sound .
