Australia’s dance music queen, Anna Lunoe is continuing to fly the flag overseas with the release of her new single ‘ Breathe ’ on Ultra Music / Fools Gold Records.
Now based in L.A, Lunoe has had a busy year to date. She’s marked off a series of Australian dates, notched up a bunch of other collabs with names like Flume , AC Slater and Touch Sensitive . While some would think they’ve earned themselves a vacation, miss Lunoe is now about to support slow jam crooner The Weeknd and then a series of dates down the west coast of the states.
‘Breathe’ in the mean time, is making waves locally and internationally on her soundcloud page (with a production nod also given to Vaughn Oliver aka. U Tern ). The track jumps right onto the house/techno trend that is at full speed right now, combining 90s house sounds and baselines with modern production and electro pop hooks. Lunoe reprises her role as vocalist again on the cut, with a pitched out, sliced up, simplistic yet catchy vocal hook.
